Development of fast release tablet of talinolol using fourth generation carrier of solid dispersion technique

Talinolol is a beta1-selective adreno receptor antagonist well known for its Cardio protective and antihypertensive activity. beta blocker. In biopharmaceutical classification system the drugs which come under class II are characterized by more membrane permeability, less dissolution rate. poor aqueous solubility drug leads to bioavailability. So, aimed of this study was develop immediate release tablet talinolol solid dispersions technique using poloxamer 407 as carrier. Poloxamer hydrophilic synthetic block copolymer widely used enhancer. Basically there three methods dispersion. Melting or fusion method solvent evaporation method. Solvent Evaporation Method suitable selected can capable solubilizing both The one most commonly prepare polymeric nanoparticles, specifically drug-loaded systems, pharmaceutical formulations. prepared were evaluated production yield percent, content, solubility, FTIR, DSC analysis. formulation with P407 in ratio 1:5 gave highest rate 75.28% at 30min.So it be concluded that combination dispersion technology superdisintergrants an encouraging effective efficient fast dissolving tablets Talinolol.The outcome investigation presents mediated successfully resolve problem slow talinolol.
